I came into the building not fully convinced but very interested in purchasing a dirt bike. Billy met me at the door and was awesome . His vast knowledge of all the dirt bikes along with sharing his experiences and what he has seen was extremely helpful for me to make the decision and purchase that day. The parts department made me feel like a long time customer and went over and above in helping me make the right decisions on the items i purchased through the parts department that day. The finance manager was awesome as well Even though I paid cash for all that I purchased that day he was very patient even though they were closing for the day and answered all of my questions with a very patient approach and supportinve attitude. He welcomed me as a new customer and discussed the pros of being a part of the family. As you can see I can not say enough about the entire team there. Because of the vast selection and inventory offered there coupled with the great experience and supportive team members ther (everyone) that is why I purchsed there and will be a returning customer.
