I was skeptical about making the 6 hour round trip from San Antonio to Katy, but all the good reviews plus the online listed price convinced me to give it a try. I was not disappointed. The entire staff from Rich my salesman, to Alain in the business office, to the guys back in the loading dock area as well as other personnel that had nothing to do with the sale went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home. They met or exceeded my expectations on every part of the sale and financing process. So now I have my new Honda Africa Twin DCT that I've been wanting ever since reading about them before they even came out. The cool T-shirt and hat Rich gave us was a nice finishing touch.
