Recently purchased a Sea-Doo from Billy and Bo at Wild West. At the same time I purchased a different Sea-Doo model from another large multi-location dealer in Houston since dealerships were almost sold out of many models. The contrast in the two dealers was enormous. Billy at Wild West took a deposit to my credit card and reserved my Sea-Doo over the phone - I did not have to go in to the dealer and pay until it was ready to pick up. By contrast, The other dealer made me come in and pay the balance within two days of giving a deposit by credit card even though the Sea-Doo would not be ready to pick up for 10 days. And when I got there, then they told me they would not take a personal check - I had to leave, go to the bank and get cashiers' check (which because the lobby was not open due to the Virus, took almost 2 hours). Then I had to come back over a week later to pick up the Sea -Doo. At Wild West, they called me a few days after placing the deposit to tell me the Sea-Doo was ready and they would take a personal check. When I got there, Billy was out but Bo took care of me and got the Sea-Doo loaded on my trailer as well as walking me through operation of both Sea-Doo's (the other dealer didn't give me any instruction). Wild West had most of the paperwork ready and I was out with my Sea-Doo within an hour of arriving. I spent a total of almost eight hours at the other dealership including the time for an extra trip into town and having to go to the bank to get the cashier's check.
