My experience with the purchase of the 2016 KTM was excellent. Starting with Bret by phone put me at ease. He answered all of my questions without hesitation or complaint. After reviewing all of the information Bret provided, I decided to make the purchase. Bret accommodated me by holding the KTM for over a week in order for me to make arrangements to fly from Montana to Texas. I was greeted nicely by several employees at the dealership upon arrival. Bret let me inspect the bike to my satisfaction & it was just as he presented it over the phone; in excellent condition. I was introduced to Chris who walked me through the paperwork and made the purchase very easy without any fuss. Bret also checked in with me on my ride back to Montana to make sure all was well.
