I contacted the Wild West Motoplex about a BMW recall issue. The Service department said they would put me on a list and call me when the parts came in. (I thought well it will be sometime before they call back) Amazingly enough the service department took about a week to secure the parts and called me to set up an appointment to make repairs to the bike.. Awesomeness!!
