The Service department did an outstanding job resolving my issues with my KTM. I originally went in for something minor. My service advisor Vincent promptly ran a diagnostic test and inspection within a day or so after I dropped the bike off. Unfortunately I needed an major repair with the engine. While waiting on the repair Vincent relayed to me status updates to keep me informed. The KTM technician resolved the issue and had the bike back to me running like new. I will most certainly return to Wild West for my future service, they did a great job on my repairs and in timely manner. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks, Brad
