The team was responsive and did follow up with me on my interests, which led to my purchase. They also were honest and forthright in communicating technical details, lead times, and suitability of vehicles to riders, etc. In other words, I didn't get the feeling they were just trying to get a sale. They actually discouraged it, in one instance, where it wouldnt have been in my best interest. Overall, good experience, prompt support, satisfied buyer.
