I've been a rider for 57 years, a motorcycle safety instructor for 30 years and I have been exclusively riding BMW's since 1974 ('74 R75/6, '07 R1200 GS, '16 R1200 GS). Anytime there was a repair or service I couldn't take care of myself, the only place I would go for service is Wild West. The reason for that is their BMW master mechanic, David Krogman. The only person (other than myself) that has ever applied a wrench to my BMW's is Mr. Krogman. Whether it has been annual services, repairs, warranty work, or I just had a question about some technical aspect, I have never been disappointed. I'm still riding my two GS's at age 73. I hope that David Krogman, the unsung BMW hero of the Service Department, doesn't retire until I am too old to ride them. He's kept busy because other long-time BMW owners know he keeps up with the rapid changes in technology, keeps adding to his long years of experience and is truly a master of his craft. Thanks, D.
