I had my motorcycle towed in after a major shutdown. Kai greeted me and answered my concerns honestly and shared my frustrations enough to calm some of my thoughts about the motorcycle being repaired. Throughout the entire process he answered what he could and asked for more information when needed. Photos of the process were sent during the two month long wait due to parts shortages. Ive heard horror stories about service departments but I wont hesitate to bring my motorcycle back if I have any problems.
